THE EXCELLENCE OF MADE IN ITALY
In the world of pergolas and sun shades industry standards support technological developments of the whole sector and strongly stimulate innovation and R&D activities aimed at defining new products to launch on the market. A major step forward has been the harmonisation of standards allowing companies to export their products throughout Europe, thus eliminating obstacles to the free circulation of goods. Sprech applies standards in force to the whole production line. In particular, supporting structures comply with UNI EN 1090 and the CE mark regulation, and are designed and calculated based on execution class EXC2 (NTC – 2018 8 eurocode 1993-1 ductility grade 2). Fixed covers are compliant with UNI EN 13782:2015 and are designed and calculated to support wind and snow loads; it should also be noted that seismic actions for these structures are negligible due to the flexibility and the low mass of the covering. Pergolas and bioclimatic coverings are CE-marked due to their compliance with UNI EN 13561:2015 and with applicabke law provisions. Glass panels comply with UNI EN 14351:2018.

Each Sprech product is equipped with an installation manual and a CE user and maintenance manual . This equipment relieves the manufacturer from all other obligations, however we are aware that, although the procedure is in compliance with existing standards, it is not always sufficient. In this regard, Sprech promotes permanent training sessions aimed at the professional development of its distribution network and installers, so that the installation activity at the end customer’s premises can be carried out in full compliance with safety standards, while guaranteeing that all usage and maintenance information is correctly transmitted to the end user.
